Persons opposing DRS should appreciate the feedback where in recent world cup as per Dubai ICC declaration on 7-3-11 correct decisions have
improved from 90 to 97% . Here the all controversial decisions were reviewed by bench of experts and this recent thing has over come lot of hoodoo .

LBW review it is ground level umpire choice.. the third umpire is suppose to only give measurements and electronic available data

As in reviewing OUT signal is challenged..by player getting out he can only consult his partner on ground in 30 secs approx. ... the ball hitting scene though it touches wicket but to those outer margins then umpires decisions stays...

In short Machine is guide lines only in borderline case, Ground umpire is supremo . 3rd umpire is to be honoured in that reduced size imaginary presumed hit area
- Indian team had both the experiences .
- BellSome good from Sachin and Dhoni ...both were given LBW they simply asked their partners and challange player's revies were not asked.
(ENG) was lbw as per Indian's fields' views but as touching stumps were on margins here... the umpire stuck to his decision Bell survived. In Ireland match not out was challenged by Dhoni here same scene umpire agreed to revise as ball had hit less peripheral and was much below bails lower margins .. This actually raised umpire's
reputation and creditability...
If innings is in near end some times using those 2 challanges was also used for sake of using in crystal clear decisions !! by PAKISTAN as we could have guessed it also.

- Players' reviews 2 times per innings to each team.
- The
Umpires on ground can ask for Umpires reviews as many time as they want they usually consult each other in mutual ways and means.. - So Umpires on ground +
- Captain fielding side ( consultation with bowler and one of nearby players allowed in aprox 30 sec ) Do note that players cannot directly suggest to umpire for challange it has to be used by captain on ground... This would also help Captain as he is now having that extra power then fielder... in controlling team tempo.
- From batting side the batsman who got out ... he is allowed to consult his partner on the field on other end. 30 secs aprox.No guidance from pavalion is allowed ! In fact those are indisciplines now in name of sending glows or change of bat or medicines message giving techs...
- Once review asked cannot reverse it .
Please note fielder or batsman cannot force umpire to go for umpires'review ..!! Now they have challanges player's review options.. - First we thought who bothers review is taking place thats important... but add igo and supremacy of umpire authority and till to day history all these are not done to demoralise normal umpireing..In past we have memories of pressurising umpires for third umpires views by various means... now these all acts would go for disciplinary faults !!!!!
Players can appeal only!!!! and ask for reviews 2 times if proven otherwise
the balance of 2 stays per innings. Challenge if results as correct then is not counted,,, fair enough !! - ALL This again is in umpires favor as forcing umpires for umpire review can be dealt with disciplinary reactions .!!!Counting challanges would be by 3rd Umpire... So lot of headaches of umpires are actually reduced...
